These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MeddyList platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using MeddyList, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using our Services immediately.

MeddyList is a digital healthcare directory and support platform that helps patients discover doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostics and related healthcare services. We are not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service provider. Any medical treatment, diagnosis, or consultation is provided solely by the respective healthcare provider and not by MeddyList.

Use of MeddyList Services

You agree to use MeddyList only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the platform. You must not misuse the platform by knowingly introducing viruses, spam, fake profiles, or misleading information.

1. You will provide accurate, current and complete information while creating an account, booking an appointment or submitting any enquiry on MeddyList.
2. You will not impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your association with a doctor, hospital or clinic.
3. You understand that any booking, consultation, or service arrangement is strictly between you and the healthcare provider.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

Content, Listings & Ownership

All content on MeddyList, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by MeddyList or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce or exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Doctor, hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or diagnostic listings are created based on information shared by providers, public sources, or our partner networks. While we try to keep information updated and accurate, MeddyList does not guarantee that any listing, availability, fee, timing, or contact information is 100% error‑free.

Provision of Services

MeddyList provides tools to search for providers, view profiles, read information, and request or book appointments. We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature or part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Some features may be available only to registered users, healthcare providers, or partner hospitals. MeddyList reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or provider account if we detect misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

Limitation of Liability

MeddyList does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care. All such services are solely provided by independent healthcare professionals and institutions. MeddyList is an intermediary platform helping you connect with them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeddyList shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed appointments, treatment outcomes, provider conduct, delays, or inaccuracies in information.

Accounts, Passwords & Security

When you create a MeddyList account (as a patient, doctor, clinic, hospital, or partner), you are responsible for protecting your username, password, and any sensitive information linked to your profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

MeddyList uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. By using our Services, you accept this risk and agree to review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MeddyList after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
